Emrill, the facilities management company, recorded a 23 per cent revenue growth last year on the back of recent wins that include Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s Princess Tower, which is the tallest residential building in the world.

“It’s an exciting time of expansion for the company and we’ve made every effort to implement best practices,” said Ben Churchill, Emrill’s managing director.

With more projects nearing completion, the wider facilities management sector in the UAE can look to another double-digit growth this year and in the near term.
