Dubai: A luxury villa in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah has been listed on Penthouse.ae for an annual rent of Dh7.5 million ($2 million). Penthouse.ae – an online platform powered by Metropolitan and the luxury division of Metropolitan Premium Properties, has been listed in collaboration with Savills.

The villa, which caters to Dubai’s growing community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), sits on a plot of 15,000 square feet. The four-bedroom villa has two garages and several luxurious amenities, including a show kitchen, a grease kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room and a dedicated office space. Each of the four main bedrooms features built-in wardrobes, while the villa also includes two staff rooms.

“As Dubai continues to cement its position as one of the world’s ultra-luxury real estate capitals, this Signature Villa listing underscores the city’s unrivalled offerings in the super-prime segment,” said Marcus Andersson, Director of Sales, Penthouse.ae.

Andersson said, “The Signature Villa is an ideal offering for UHNWIs seeking a once-in-a-lifetime rental opportunity in one of the world’s most sought-after locations. This villa is a true masterpiece, designed to cater to the most discerning clientele who expect nothing less than perfection in every aspect of their lifestyle.”

The Palm Jumeirah villa boasts a sleek contemporary design with Fendi furnishings, premium finishes, and top-tier appliances. Residents enjoy luxury amenities, including a private gym, home theatre, jacuzzi, sauna, infinity pool, and cold plunge pool. The outdoor space offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai, explained a Penthouse.ae statement.

The UAE continues to attract the world’s wealthiest, with thousands of millionaires migrating to the country. According to Henley & Partners, the number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) moving to the UAE last year surpassed the initial forecast of 6,700 in October.

This surge in UHNWIs has driven up rents and property prices. In a record-breaking deal, a five-bedroom townhouse in Jumeira Bay Island’s Villa Amalfi community became Dubai’s most expensive rental, leased for Dh3.7 million. Another luxury rental includes a Dh4 million yearly lease for a penthouse in Downtown Dubai, reflecting the growing demand for high-end living.
