Dubai Palm Jumeirah luxury villa up for rent at Dh7.5 million a year

Dubai: A luxury villa in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah has been listed on Penthouse.ae for an annual rent of Dh7.5 million ($2 million). Penthouse.ae – an online platform powered by Metropolitan and the luxury division of Metropolitan Premium Properties, has been listed in collaboration with Savills.

The villa, which caters to Dubai’s growing community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), sits on a plot of 15,000 square feet. Another luxury rental includes a Dh4 million yearly lease for a penthouse in Downtown Dubai, reflecting the growing demand for high-end living.
