DSI to proceed with Dh233m MEP contract

Drake and Scull International announced that it will proceed with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for the Fairmont Abu Dhabi Hotel and Serviced Apartments under a Dh233 million contract.

The property is owned by Abu Dhabi-based National Investment Corporation.

The project’s scope of work consists of the 39-storey tower comprising of 563 rooms in the hotel and 249 serviced apartments. The project is scheduled for completion and handover in 2018.
