Non-oil trade between the UAE and Japan was valued at $14.6 billion (Dh53.58 billion) during 2016, according to a report issued by the UAE’s Ministry of Economy.

The report highlighted the most prominent developments witnessed by the Japanese economy during that period, in addition to the most important steps taken by Japan to improve its investment environment and boost confidence in the country’s business sector.

The report also touched on key features of the trade relations between the UAE and Japan.
