Damac calls AGM to discuss dividend, bonus shares distribution

Dubai: Damac Properties said on Sunday it has invited shareholders for an annual general meeting to discuss allocating dividend for the first half to June on September 15.

The company plans to distribute dividend of 10 per cent and another 10 per cent as bonus share, it said in a statement posted on the bourse’s website.

Shareholders as on September 27 will be entitled to the dividends.
