Mashriq Elite Developments homes in on Arjan for its Dh150m Floareá Residence

Dubai: A new wave of offplan launches are coming up in Dubai’s emerging locations, hoping that end-user and investor buying will head in that direction too.

Mashriq Elite Developments is putting together a Dh150 million project, the Floareá Residence, in Arjan. EmSquare is the engineering consultant.

The project comprises 206 residences, with prices starting from Dh515,000 to Dh1.25 million. Completion is scheduled for first quarter 2025.
