Commercial Bank of Dubai appoints new COO

Dubai: Commercial Bank of Dubai announced the appointment of C Krishna Kumar as its chief operating officer.

Kumar joins CBD from his previous role as chief operating officer of Qatar Islamic Bank in Doha. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, having headed projects at several banks in the region. His experience includes serving in senior roles at the National Bank of Egypt, Ahli Bank in Qatar, National Bank of Dubai, and Commercial Bank of Kuwait.

Kumar also held roles with HSBC and Standard Chartered in India.
