GolfUppsala, Sweden: Dubai-based Chiara Noja won her three matches in the nine-hole match plays on Friday to progress to the final four on Saturday.

The 16-year-old German, who represents Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai, dashed the home hopes when she defeated all three Swede rivals on the day. She won her first match of the day by two holes against Linn Wiberg, second Isabell Ekstrom at the first extra hole. Her third match of the day saw her beat another Ellinor Sudow by one up.

Chiara now progresses to the Saturday’s semi-finals. The four-day event will have a €40,000 prize pool in play for the top 45 professionals and ties. However, only the 32 players qualifying for the match play will be eligible to receive points in the LETAS Order of Merit.
