UAE FACES SCHOOLING SURGE: The surge in demand for schools in the UAE for the 2023-24 academic year underscores the urgent need for additional educational institutions. This demographic shift is particularly noticeable, with more European families choosing Dubai and Abu Dhabi as their new homes. Factors such as population growth, favourable business conditions, and the UAE's reputation for safety are drawing families with school-age children, leading to a doubling of demand in some schools compared to initial forecasts before the summer break.
