International Parity Group expands educational programs in Indonesia
The International Parity Group Corp (IPG) is announcing a collaboration with a new senior public high school, SMAN 3 Sukadana, in Sukadana, Indonesia, the company said in a media release. According to the company, the initiative marks a significant step in IPG’s commitment to empowering underserved communities through education. The program has begun with English language instruction and expects to implement IPG’s other existing programs shortly, which range from STEM to athletics. This is aside from current educational initiatives in Indonesia in partnership with multiple organizations such as Alam Sehat Lestari (ASRI).
IPG is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and socioeconomic equality. Their mission focuses on addressing disparities by providing access to high-quality education and resources. The curriculum offered is comprehensive across STEM and non-STEM disciplines. The vision for an education initiative to support communities across the world began in Bhutan in 2014. IPG has expanded rapidly in the past few years, particularly across Asia, under the leadership of Managing Director Anshul Kinley Khazanchi Sinha. From a modest educational project which was refined through multiple attempts, the International Parity Group later emerged, which now has a presence in Indonesia, India, Nepal, Bhutan. Sinha spearheads multiple initiatives at IPG including the education programs, and personally led the recent expansion to the SMAN 3 Sukadana as well. Currently IPG is working on pilot programs and expansion initiatives in Brazil, Madagascar, and Mauritius. These pilot programs aim to focus on several areas aside from education such as food aid, job placement, healthcare, and others.
According to the company, the long-term ambition for IPG is to promote socioeconomic equality through education, alongside other smaller services, all designed to push the ultimate goal of rigorous educational programs to empower remote and underserved communities to build sustainable futures.
The new collaboration with SMAN 3 Sukadana will bring advanced academic tools, workshops, and training programs for the benefit of the community. Providing students with opportunities to speak directly with native speakers will help boost their enthusiasm for learning and improve their skills. In Indonesia, the organization has made incredible progress. IPG began classes in 2019 with ASRI for English language instruction, then expanded to further educational services. This initiative also provides mentorship from international educators and incorporates teaching aligned with global educational standards, including frameworks like the U.S. Common Core.
The partnership is also expected to promote extracurricular activities in arts and sports, nurturing holistic and well-rounded student development. This effort aligns with IPG’s broader regional strategy, which includes similar initiatives in other localities. By integrating localized needs with global resources, the organization creates tailored solutions that empower students and equip schools with sustainable education models. As the organization continues to broaden its impact, this initiative stands as a testament to IPG’s belief in the power of education to uplift communities and shape a more equitable world.
