Saudi Arabia allows re-performing under certain conditions

Dubai: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Haj and Umrah has set three conditions for foreign pilgrims who wish to repeat Umrah, local media reported. The conditions include a confirmed reservation in coordination with a licenced Umrah service providing agency.
The second condition the ministry put forward is a permit. "Every foreign pilgrim who arrives in the Kingdom would have at least one confirmed Umrah permit," the Ministry added.
The third condition for foreigners who wish to repeat Umrah for a second time is that they must do it in a group and not as individuals.
The ministry does not mind people repeating Umrah pilgrimage as long as it is performed in coordination with licenced Umrah companies. However, pilgrims cannot proceed with booking procedures individually as they shall be carried out by a company that is providing field services through the “Eatmarna” app.
The ministry expects a drop in the number of Umrah permit applicants from within the Kingdom in the next phases of the gradual resumption of the Umrah service. This is because a large number of domestic pilgrims have already performed Umrah during the first and second phases.
