Dubai: Clear to partly cloudy skies is forecast for today, with cloudy skies expected eastward of the country.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), there will be a decrease in temperatures today, making it cooler than yesterday. The forecast also states the night will be humid and this will continue until Wednesday, May 28, morning.

Temperature highs today will be between 37 and 42 degree Celsius, while temperature lows will be between 26 and 30 degree Celsius.

Light to moderate winds can be expected today, with wind speeds reaching up to 40 km/hr across the country. This may be freshening at times, causing blowing dust and sand during the daytime. So be cautious when stepping out.

Residents heading towards the coast need to be cautious as sea conditions are said to be “slight to moderate, becoming rough at times during the daytime in the Arabian Gulf,” according to the NCM.
