Gitex Global 2025: Sheikh Mohammed visits world's biggest tech event in Dubai

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Monday attended the opening of the 45th edition of GITEX Global 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

On his X account, Sheikh Mohammed wrote: “During the opening of GITEX Global today, where 170 countries are represented by more than 6,000 institutions and companies, and over 1,400 speakers participate in this major global event for technology and artificial intelligence.”

He added: “I am proud of the participation and progress of our government institutions… I am proud of the participation of our national companies. I am also proud of my nation, which has been able to bring the world together and be part of shaping the future of humanity.”
