Last week, students at the American College of Dubai hosted an enjoyable Iftar evening for children of the SNF (Special Needs Family Support) group.
As part of the fun-filled evening, clowns were invited, gifts were distributed and activities such as face painting were held at the college.
Students and the college's Community Service Club helped with the sponsorship of the event and raised funds for the group.
A key sponsor of the event, Al-Fajer Properties' CEO Shahram Abdullah Zadeh said the event was part of their Ramadan initiative in the spirit of giving and sharing with those in need. Al-Fajer Properties had an open invitation to the public for sponsorship of charitable events during Ramadan.
Mona Sharma, director of Student activities at ACD, supervised the event.
The college also donated books to school children in Ajman.
