KHDA releases comic explaining coronavirus

UAE authorities are trying to educate and create awareness about the new coronavirus, named Covid-19, that is spreading across the world. To stem the spread of misinformation, KHDA, Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, has taken a novel route - education through comics.

KHDA tweeted pages comparing the impact of the virus to the flu.

It also gave advice on personal hygiene to keep the germs at bay.

The comic talks about how the new virus doesn't discriminate on the basis of a person's country - so it's important we all follow healthy practices.

It ends on a note of solidarity, saying that even if one gets infected, there are many people around to help.
