Each element pays tribute to the colors and tones of the sea. The restaurant and lounge enjoys an iconic rooftop location with unprecedented views of the Burj Khalifa.

Rockfish at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel. The picturesque Mediterranean restaurant serves up beachfront dining with fresh seafood, sublime signature dishes and stunning sunset views. The Rockfish menu features signature crudos like Tasmanian salmon, yellow fin tuna and Hokkaido scallops, through to mussels, seafood mixed grills and other ocean eats.

Flamingo Room by tashas, located in Jumeirah Al Naseem, offers a beautiful venue and chic setting, drawing inspiration from the founder’s South African roots. The menu is uncomplicated and clean and the interiors are totally Instagrammable.

Avli by tashas is a recent addition to the DIFC’s dining scene and is inspired by the owners’ Greek heritage and passion for combining tastes with a nice environment. The design was created as a holistic and visually inspiring space that resonates with the simplicity of Athenian life.

Shimmers, at Mina A Salam, is the chic beachfront dining experience, showcasing a Greek menu and aesthetically pleasing décor. The venue is the perfect alfresco spot by the beach.

Kayto at Jumeirah Al Naseem is showcasing an exotic blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine known as “Nikkei” at a cool waterfront destination. Kayto is currently just a pop up that runs until May 2020.

Masti Dubai at La Mer is a modern Indian restaurant with gorgeous interiors. Billed as welcoming the age of Cool India, the beachfront lounge and terrace will be open all day, and ‘promises to deliver a social dining experience that will thrill at every turn’.

Hotel Cartagena at the 72nd floor of the JW Marriot is funky with vibrant décor and an upbeat vibe. Think plenty of palm trees and brightly coloured murals on the walls. There are also a few garden gnomes, pink flamingos, vintage books, parrots and peacocks for good measure.

Little Miss India located at Fairmont The Palm is characterised as the home of the fictitious Mohini Singh – played by Prachi Mishra, Femina Miss India Earth 2012 – Little Miss India invites diners into her mansion, where they can feast on authentic cuisine in the formal dining room, relax with digestifs in the botanical lounge, and enjoy marina views from its terrace at , made street-wise with a colourful Indian taxi bus protruding from the wall.

Scalini Dubai, located at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jumeirah. The restaurant features clean, contemporary interiors; a dedicated lounge area, a showcased kitchen featuring charismatic, interactive chefs and an outdoor terrace for those who prefer their meals Al fresco.

Folly by Nick and Scott is a beautiful multi layered restaurant and lounge that overlooks the entire Madinat. With sunset views overlooking the Burj Al Arab, their Sundowners menu offers great signature beverages.

Asia Asia at Pier 7 in Dubai Marina takes its inspiration from the ancient Spice Route travelled by traders of old, and has been furnished to reflect this famous journey from Asia Minor through to the Far East.
