Method:
Chop bell peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and onion.In a bowl, break eggs and whisk them.Heat a cast iron pan, add a few drops of oil, add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.Then, pour the whisked egg onto it. Allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Halfway through, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.Then, safely hold the pan and place it in a preheated oven to get a golden brown colour.
