1. Fry potatoes in a pan until they are golden.

2. In another pan add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander and lemon juice. Season, then wait until the spice mix is fully cooked.

3. Add the potatoes to the mix and sauté them together.

4. Garnish it with parsley. Serve.
