Hamza Ali Abbasi steps up for cancer patients

Celebrities are becoming increasingly conscious about the need to attach themselves to a social cause for the good of the general public.

While we all know that Mahira Khan is associated with Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital’s pink ribbon campaign, and pop singers Shehzad Roy and Jawad Ahmad work in the education sector, Pyare Afzal star Hamza Ali Abbasi recently came out to support the Friends of Shaukat Khanum group by attending an all-day carnival, called Festival of Life, at the hospital premises.

Abbasi was joined by Umair Jaswal, Ali Sher and Faisal Rehman. Noted percussion band Quadrum also performed at the event.
