Budget carrier Cebu Pacific is celebrating Independence Day with a major seat sale, offering one-way base fares from Dubai to Manila for as low as Dh3, excluding taxes and fees. The promo, part of its signature Super Seat Fest, invites travelers to explore the country’s vibrant culture and rich history just in time for Philippine Independence Day on June 12.
