The six-day Gulf Photo Plus Photo Week 2018 opens at Dubai’s Al Serkal Avenue on Feb 7. Some of the world’s leading photographers including Brian Smith, Maggie Stebber, Sara Lando, Tasneem Al Sultan and Zack Arias will be at the Avenue conducting a series of workshops, special events and giving talks on the art of photography.

There will also be exhibitions and photo walks by celebrated photographers of the region as well from across the world.

The longest-running international photography event in the region, the GPP’s theme this year is ‘Shift Your Focus’ encouraging enthusiasts to think about photography and the rapidly changing world in a new light, with a new lens.

At least 17 exhibitions will be held during the event at Concrete, Alserkal Avenue’s multidisciplinary space that opened last year.
