COVID-19: More Bollywood stars test positive for coronavirus

Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for the virus last week, his mother Neetu Kapoor confirmed on social media. Actor Alia Bhatt, Kapoor's girlfriend, took to Instagram to reassure fans and said she had tested negative and, after required isolation, headed back to work.

Regional entertainment media reported that Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria tested positive for the virus, but there has been no confirmation from the actress herself.

Award-winning Indian actor Ashish Vidyarthi confirmed his COVID-19 diagnosis through social media.

Actor Manoj Bajpayee contracted the virus while shooting his latest movie, Despatch. The director had COVID-19 as well. Shooting is expected to resume in a few months, media reports said.
