Tea plant opens in Ras Al Khaimah

Emirate’s Crown Prince inaugurated the facility

Ras Al Khaimah: Ahmad Tea manufacturing plant was inaugurated on Sunday in Ras Al Khaimah Industrial Area by Shaikh Mohammad Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah.

Speaking on the occasion, Shaikh Mohammad said that the secure investment environment that the UAE provides to Arab and foreign capital plays a massive role in making the country one of the most attractive destinations for capital from around the world.

William Manning, chairman of Ahmad Tea’s board, said that the inauguration of the plant in RAK reflects the company’s vision to support future operations and provide the best standard of services to customers all around the world.

The plant covers an area of 17,600 square metres, with 200 workers, operators and engineers.
