Singer Vehicle Design has made a name for itself by taking vintage Porsche 911s and turning them into rolling works of art. The tuner spends about 4,000 hours to customise each vehicle and the price tag for one of their restomods often reach six figure sums…

That doesn’t put off their cliental even though they spend years on the waiting list to buy one. But, one of their cars has popped up for sale at a dealer in Mount Royal, Quebec and it has only been driven 595km since it left Singer's facility.

This rebuilt 964 generation-based 911 would be a dream for any collector and fan – it might just be the ultimate old school 911 restomod. The 1991 model year Porsche was commissioned by Ontario-based Pfaff Auto, a luxury car sales and rental company.

It has a 4.0-litre flat-six and gets all-new brakes, suspension, interior, and body panels.

That interior is quite something as well and the attention to detail, like always, is extraordinary.

Literally everything inside and out - and under the rear deck - is handcrafted. Just look at that wooden gear lever knob!

It is beautiful but it comes with one significant catch, the price tag. A typical Singer Vehicle Design 911 restomod often touches $500,000, but this one is double that at $1 million! Tempted?
