Dubai: In an announcement on August 11, Etisalat reiterated that the due date for Etisalat bill payments is the 15th of every month for bills generated on the first of the month for previous month’s usage.
So, if your bill is generated on August 1, for your usage during July, you would have until August 15 to settle the bill.
According to the reminder issued by Etisalat, this allows adequate time for customers to settle their bills on or before the due date to avoid recurring reminders and a Dh26.25 reconnection fee inclusive of VAT.
You can make the payment through various channels:
1. The website – Etisalat.ae
2. ‘My Etisalat UAE’ smartphone application, available for Apple and Android devices.
3. Through the self-service option, by dialing 101 or 125.
4. Payment machines that are set up at various public places
5. Internet banking options
You will receive a notification to pay your bill on the due date as well as before any service disconnection. An auto pay service can be set up where a fixed amount or the full amount of the bill can be deducted monthly from a customer’s credit card on the due date.
