Dubai: A car went up in flames in Dubai, near the SharafDG Metro station, according to motorists. At least two of them tweeted on the fire with images.

Dubai Police cautioned drivers in a Tweet, staying that a "#fire #accident" took place at 1.15pm on Shaikh Zayed Road.

Awaiting comments from Dubai Civil Defence.
