Sharjah’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the temporary closure as part of the first phase of a major infrastructure development project in the area.

The affected stretch runs from Sheikh Abdulkarim Al-Bakri Roundabout to Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al-Mahmoud Roundabout (Al Zahra Street), located between the Butina and Al Nasseriya areas

The closure will be in effect from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, until Thursday, July 31, 2025.

The RTA has urged all motorists to plan ahead, use alternative routes, and follow traffic safety guidelines to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety during this period.

For updates and more information on alternative routes, road users are encouraged to monitor official channels.
