Dubai: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has added new features to the Hayati (My life) mobile app with the aim of reducing any health complications related to diabetes.
The move is a bid to help those suffering from diabetes in the UAE better manage their condition. Through the app, diabetics can personalise their experience to easily monitor important aspects of their life or track their health with integrated wearables and smart devices.
Hayati users can also log their blood glucose levels daily into a personal tracker and view a detailed summary at the end of the week. New collaboration tools were added to enable diabetics to share their experiences with others and exchange information.
