Abu Dhabi ranked safest city in the world by Numbeo Safety Index

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi has been ranked the safest city in the world for the sixth consecutive year, by Numbeo’s Safety Index 2022.’

In a social media alert, the Abu Dhabi Media Office said the ranking reinforces its position as a safe and secure place to live, work and invest.

The Numbeo Safety Index is a crowd-sourced list that ranks 459 cities using user feedback on questions related to cost of living, safety, pollution and crime. Abu Dhabi scored the highest with a score of 88.14.
