The field for the $2 million Qatar Masters on the DP World Tour has been announced.

The competition will be held at Doha Golf Club — designed by UAE-based Peter Harradine — from Thursday March 24 to Sunday March 27.

Originally founded in 1998, the Qatar Masters is being held for the 25th time next week, with the previous two tournaments being held at Education City Golf Club in Doha.

Included in the field is defending champion Antoine Rozner of France.

Players of UAE interest include residents Nicolas Colsaerts of Belgium, Spanish duo Adri Arnaus, Adrian Otaegui, Italian Olympians Guido Migliozzi and Renato Paratore, Abu Dhabi resident David Horsey, Ras Al Khaimah’s Ross McGowan and former Emirates Golf Club junior Sebastian Heisele.

The Qatar Marsters was originally meant to take place from February 13 this season on the newly branded DP World Tour, but was pushed back to Covid-19 issues and replaced by the Ras Al Khaimah Classic in the UAE.
