Mikel Arteta has given the thumbs up for his Arsenal players to bring their families with them on their Premier League winter Break in Dubai. The Gunners fly into the UAE on Thursday for warm weather training before getting back to business in England

Some of the Arsenal players have taken advantage of the prolonged break from football action by jetting out to Dubai already. Defender David Luiz was busy meeting some of the friendly residents in the city

It's supposed to be a break David! Luiz's whistle-stop tour took him to the waters at Jumeirah, where he tried his hand at flyboarding

Lucas Torreira, the Arsenal midfielder, seemed to be taking it a lot easier, relaxing on the beach at JBR

But there was no stopping Luiz as he scaled new heights in Dubai. Now he needs to do the same for Arsenal and help get them into the Premier League top four on their return to England next week
