India said goodbye to Dubai and the UAE as the dust settled on their Indian Premier League duties and donned a new look for the series against Australia.

After months of battling each other for different teams in the IPL, Team India, along with Head Coach Ravi Shastri, showed a united front before heading to the airport.

Despite again coming up short with RCB, skipper Virat Kohli was smiling ahead of the challenge in Australia.

Then came the gruelling jouney to Sydney, and some bleary-eyed players emerged after landing and clearing passport control and safety checks.

They will need to rest up as they have a 69-day all-format slog and tour of Australia beginning November 27.

But, even as skipper Virat Kohli will miss some of the Tests as he goes on paternity, India remain confident they can come away from Australia with a positive result.
