Finding a vaccine to fight against this dreaded virus is only half the job done until and unless the last man, woman or child on this planet is inoculated. And that will be possible only when the logistics part is sorted out. This is where DP World has a huge role to play with its cutting-edge expertise in handling global supply-chain logistics. A new study has revealed that at least for some people certain times of the day may be more beneficial for metabolic health. This is good news for those who find it difficult to get up early to go for a run or even a walk. While many different workout plans have been identified as being good for the human body, what remains foundational is that we need to exercise.
