Up to Dh3,000 fine: Key guidelines every rider must know as per UAE’s Ministry of Interior
The UAE Ministry of Interior (MOI) has recently introduced the ‘Traffic Safety for Motorcycle Users’ campaign, aimed at promoting adherence to traffic regulations among motorcyclists. The initiative seeks to enhance road safety by encouraging bikers to prioritize their well-being and that of other road users.
As part of the campaign, Ajman Police have highlighted key traffic rules and penalties that motorcyclists must be aware of before taking to the roads. This effort underscores the importance of compliance with safety standards to reduce accidents and foster a safer driving environment for everyone.
Motorcycle riders in the UAE are urged to follow key traffic safety rules to ensure their own safety and the safety of others on the road. Adhering to these rules not only minimises the risk of accidents but also helps riders avoid hefty fines and penalties.
