Go with the Flo: Bagging a deal on first day of DSF

We’re only on the first day of the 32-day Dubai Shopping Festival and I’ve already spent quite a lot on sale items! My goodness, there are some really, really tempting offers out there.

My first stop was at Dubai Outlet Mall, which is raffling off a 2015 Cadillac SRX this DSF. You only need to spend Dh250 to get a raffle ticket.

I think I really bagged a deal at the Nike outlet shop with backpacks on sale at up to 70 per cent off — one was only Dh50 (was Dh129). I ended up buying four.

At The Deal, a Lacoste handbag (among less than a dozen others) was waiting to be snapped up for Dh239 (last I checked, it costs more than twice that price at their other outlets).

And Coach has finally opened its outlet store here and is doling out 30-50 per cent discount on bags, wallets and accessories. Guys, this would be a man bag you’d love to carry for Dh1,550 (was Dh3,100). And it’s leather, bro!
