Window laundry stands in poor condition

I took this photograph on Naif Road where people are in the habit of placing their clothes stand outside their windows in a very dangerous manner.

I was shocked to see the number of buildings where residents were using this method.

The laundry stands are in very bad shape and not fixed onto the window or balcony properly, which means that they can fall and injure someone at any time.

I request such residents to consider a safer method when drying their laundry, in order to avoid any kind of accident.
