Get your chopping boards at the ready: If you think you as good a cook as Nikita Gandhi, the UAE-based winner of Masterchef India, here’s your chance to prove it: Dubai auditions for the hit cooking TV contest will be held on July 8.

Contenders need to register first, then prepare their best dish — vegetarian or otherwise — and take it to SCAFA, School of Culinary And Finishing Arts, from 9am. You’ll also need a valid photo ID.
