Favourite Arab Act added to Kids Choice Awards

Nickelodeon’s 2016 Kids Choice Awards just got a little more exciting. This year, for the first time, Middle East fans can vote for their Favourite Arab Act.

Arab Idol winner Mohammad Assaf, pop star Hala Al Turk, pan-Arab boyband The 5 and X Factor winner Hamza Hawsawi are all competing for the title.

The winner of the regional category will accept the award in a video message. The award ceremony will take place on March 16 in California, hosted by country star Blake Shelton. It will air on Nickelodeon in the UAE at 7.35pm.
