Bloodhounds 2: Who is the famous Korean actor making a cameo in Netflix’s K-drama?

Dubai: Netflix recently confirmed one of the biggest Korean actors will be making a special appearance in season 2 of one of the most-anticipated k-dramas, Bloodhounds.

The show starring Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi, first premiered in 2023, and also starred Choi Si-won from kpop group Super Junior, and the late actress Kim Sae-ron.

Season 2, however will star new faces including popular singer-songwriter Rain, and a special cameo by one of the biggest Korean actors, Park Seo-joon.

According to Soompi, Netflix confirmed the news saying, “It is true that Park Seo-joon will be making a special appearance in ‘Bloodhounds 2’. However, we cannot provide further details at this time.”

Park Seo-joon, who made an appearance in The Marvels (2023), will be reuniting with Woo Do-hwan and director Kim Joo-hwan in Bloodhounds 2.

Seo-joon previously worked with Joo-hwan on his movie Midnight Runners and The Divine Fury which starred Do-hwan.

The action-drama show, based on a webtoon, follows two young boxers Kim Geon-woo (Do-hwan) and Hong Woo-jin (Sang-yi) as they try to take down a ruthless loan shark who turned their lives upside down during the pandemic.

Season 2 will follow the duo as they are take on a global underground boxing league led by Baek Jeong played by Rain, and will release next year.
