Tamer Hosni provoked into speaking about his marriage; is Nancy preggers?
NEWS IN BRIEF
The rumours surrounding Tamer Hosney’s marriage to Basma Boussil refuse to go away so much that the Egyptian singer has been forced to speak out about it.
Last August, Tamer had revealed on his official Facebook page that he had gotten hitched to former Star Academy contestant Basma – one month later, it emerged that the Moroccan singer was pregnant. Unsurprisingly, that news didn’t do any favours for the couple.
Now Tamer has hit back at those stating that he was forced to have a shotgun wedding. The singer has been quoted in Al Dostor newspaper saying that he and Basma got married “on 18 April at the Egyptian Embassy in Washington, and that it was recorded officially on 2 June”. The singer didn’t go on to reveal why he hadn’t decided to reveal his marriage sooner.
Nancy Ajram isn’t with child, she has revealed. Earlier this week, news broke that the Lebanese singer had a bun in the oven, and that she had timed it with the start of Arab Idol as she wouldn’t have to travel across the region as much due to filming commitments.
However, the Akhasmak Ah hitmaker took to her Twitter page to deny she was expecting a third baby.
“I have heard some rumours saying that I am pregnant! Well, unfortunately I am not and when I am I will surely announce it out loud ;),” she posted.
Nancy already has two young daughters with hubby Fadi Al Hachem, but is said to be desperate for a boy.
