UAE still represents the largest market for US exports to the Mena region
Washington: The sixth Economic Policy Dialogue between the UAE and the US has concluded in Washington.
Khalid Ghanem Al Ghaith, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs, headed the UAE side, while Charles H. Rivkin, US Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs, headed the US side.
The UAE and the US have a strong economic partnership, as the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to $26.9 billion in 2013, and the UAE still represents the largest market for US exports of goods and services to the Middle East and North Africa region.
