Spectrum Architecture to open first international branch in the Gulf

This year, the international architectural firm Spectrum Architecture will officially open its first branch in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), establishing a regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Tentatively scheduled for the second quarter, the expansion marks a significant milestone in the firm’s global growth strategy and reflects its long-term commitment to the Middle Eastern market.

The firm’s headquarter is located in Tbilisi, Georgia, and operates as a multidisciplinary practice with a team of more than 100 professionals, including architects, interior and landscape designers, engineers, visual artists, and graphic designers. The firm delivers a comprehensive, integrated range of services, such as architecture, interior design, landscape design, and construction management, which enables it to position itself as a full-service, one-stop-shop platform capable of managing projects from the pre-concept phase until the very last procurement operations.

The firm’s major high-rise project in the kingdom, the Eqal Tower, is progressing through the Riyadh Royal Commission (RCRC) to obtain a permit. The tower’s design is inspired by the local architectural traditions and landscape. The project perfectly aligns with the King Salman Charter for Architecture and Urbanism and is poised to become a regional landmark.
