Nakheel delivers 90 Jumeirah Village Circle villas

Dubai: Nakheel has delivered 90 new villas at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, the developer said in a statement on Thursday, adding that residents will start moving in next month.

Jumeirah Village Circle Villas was launched in December 2013 — sold for a combined value of Dh275 million — features 90 homes built in a circular pattern in Nakheel’s JVC master community. The project is sold out.

The four bedroom villas cover 3,655 square feet.
