Damac to bring Chelsea Residences to Dubai

Dubai: Damac Properties has struck a global partnership with the UK’s Chelsea Football Club – and that means bringing the brand into Dubai’s residential space too.

The master-developer is lining up the project in Dubai Maritime City, with 1,400 plus units under the ‘Chelsea Residences by Damac’. This would also represent one of the bigger launches in Maritime City, fast emerging as a major developer and investor attraction.

“This launch marks the first of an elite collection that celebrates not just the passion of Chelsea FC but its enduring legacy and relentless pursuit of excellence,” said Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Sales and Development at Damac Properties.

“This initiative goes beyond celebrating the beautiful game; it sets a new benchmark for those who expect nothing less than the exceptional, every time."

The partnership will also show up in the ‘first-ever Chelsea football club branded residences’. “Damac Properties will feature on Chelsea FC men’s and women’s shirts for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, with its debut at the men’s UEFA Conference league semi-final fixture against Djurgården,” said a statement.
