Bloom starts Stella Maris construction

Dubai: Bloom Properties on Saturday announced the beginning of construction of its Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina.

The enabling works of G+52 storey residential development consisting of foundations and six basement levels has been awarded to NSCC International, a specialised contractor in the field of foundation engineering, ground improvement, onshore marine works and horizontal directional drilling.

Bloom has also announced the appointment of Asteco Property Management, a major regional and international real estate services agency based in Dubai, as the exclusive sales agent of Stella Maris.
