Eshraq Properties AGM postponed due to lack of quorum

Eshraq Properties said on Thursday it has postponed its annual general meeting due to lack of quorum.

The meeting will now be held on June 14, the company said in a bourse statement.

Eshraq Properties shares closed flat at Dh1.07 in a firm Abu Dhabi market.

Ajman Bank said, separately that the board meeting scheduled on June 14 have been cancelled. “We shall notify you with the new date,” the bank said in bourse statement.
