Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly splashed $8.9m on a limited edition Bugatti Centodiec - of which only 10 have been made - while on coronavirus lockdown in his native Madeira!

Even before it broke cover, Bugatti pre-sold all ten units last summer at Pebble Beach. It's being reported that Juventus superstar Ronaldo is one of the lucky buyers.

Inspired by the limited production EB110 of the early Nineties, the Centodieci is related to the Chiron and Divo.
4/11
It retains the Chiron's two-door coupe body style, mid-engine and all-wheel drive layout.
5/11
It tips the scales at 1,975kg making it 20kg lighter than the Chiron.
6/11
It also features the same 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine but it peaks at 1,578 horsepower which is 99 horses more than the ‘regular’ hypercar.
7/11
It can get from 0-100kph in just 2.4 seconds...
8/11
Ronaldo resorted to retail therapy to help get himself through the current situation. He already has a Veyron...
9/11
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner regularly adds to his incredible luxury car collection and also has a Chiron.
10/11
But his latest acquisition could be his best. The amazing new Bugatti will be delivered to customers next year.

Aside from the new Centodieci, Ronaldo also owns a Ferrari F430, Lamborghini Aventador, Maserati GranCabrio, Bentley Continental GTC and a McLaren Senna.
