On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the 14th Zayed Charity Run Abu Dhabi will return under the auspices of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region. The annual gathering consistently attracts families, competitive runners, school groups, and corporate teams. Each year, participants converge for a morning that weaves together health, social connection, and charitable efforts. Since its inception in 2001, the event — guided by the ethos of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan — continues to emphasise compassion and shared progress.

Proceeds from this edition will support three initiatives at the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center:

  • advancing individually customised cancer treatments,

  • precision medicine powered by bioinformatics, and

  • pioneering perinatal interventions.

Starting point

The start and finish points, located between Wahat Al Karama and ERTH Hotel Abu Dhabi, will see as many as 15,000 entrants choosing between 3km, 5km, or 10km routes. These locations serve as gathering points, offering expansive views and comfortable access for observers.

Who can join the run?

Registration is open to all UAE residents, priced at Dh55 (+VAT) per individual.

A discounted rate of Dh40 (+VAT) is offered to groups of 100 or more.

Where can I collect my run pack?

Those registered can collect their run materials at ERTH Hotel between Nov 24 and Nov 28, between 3pm and 9pm.

What's the prize?

A collective prize fund of Dh1.5 million has been allocated, with awards ceremonies taking place on the day for each distance category.

Once the running concludes, ERTH Hotel will host a community village. Visitors can expect activity zones for families, children’s games, stage performances, refreshments, and dedicated spaces for photographs.
