Abu Dhabi: Another 1,383 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the Saudi Arabia, pushing the total number of COVID-19 infections to 295,902, the Ministry of Health announced on Friday.
Thirty-five more deaths from the virus have been also confirmed, taking the Kingdom’s death toll to 3,338.

The ministry also announced the full recovery of 2,566 new cases after receiving the necessary treatment, taking that number up to 262,959 of total recovered patients.
The number of active coronavirus cases in the Kingdom has gone down to 29,605, out of which 1,782 are critical.
Eighty-one people in Mecca tested positive for the coronavirus, while 77 people tested positive in Hail, and 69 others tested positive in Jeddah, according to the ministry.
The other new cases were detected in cities and provinces across Saudi Arabia.
