Digital Direct Umrah service streamlines booking for local and overseas pilgrims

Pilgrims within Saudi Arabia and those travelling from overseas can arrange Umrah packages online through Direct Umrah, a digital service launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The ministry provides a shared booking route for both groups, linking them with packages from approved providers through authorized travel platforms.

Participating platforms include ShareTrip, Wakanow, Bookme, Wego and Almatar. Users can browse Umrah and visit packages and examine their services, costs, and conditions before booking.
Options include packages that do not include an Umrah visa and comprehensive packages that may cover a visa, flights, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, meals, intercity transport, and guidance.
Inclusions vary by package. Through the ministry’s service, pilgrims can select an available option and complete the booking process digitally through their chosen platform.
